Rules

HOUSE RULES CLOUD No3

Dear guests, you have booked into a traditional Swiss house with a high standard of finish and amenities.

This house is the home of a number of local families who are very happy to have contact with their international guests.

There are a few house rules to be followed to ensure a smooth stay

  •  Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. During this time we kindly ask you to keep the noise down inside CLOUD No3 as well as outside.
  •  Smoking is forbidden in the whole house. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a thorough cleaning of the entire apartment. This will ensure that the next guests will feel comfortable in a non-smoking apartment, as advertised, and that I can keep my promises. You will be charged a fee of CHF 400 for the extra cleaning.
  •  Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. If you are not out of the apartment by this time, there will be a charge of CHF 200.00 for additional cleaning staff who will have to prepare the apartment for the next guests in a shorter period of time.
  • An earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement. We will try to make the apartment available for up to 1 hour upon request. -It is not allowed to use the apartment for meetings or parties.
  • Commercial use such as photographing is not allowed.
  • Any kind of illegal activity according to the Swiss law is not allowed on the whole of the property.
  • We reserve the right to charge CHF 60.- per day per person if you arrive with more people than you have booked.
  • Pets of any kind are not allowed in CLOUD3! Failure to comply with this rule will result in a thorough cleaning which will be charged to you at CHF 350.- - If you require an assistance animal (guide dog ect.), please contact me prior to booking.
  • We have an active camera pointed at the front door. This camera records video and audio. If you are struggling to open the door, you can ring the bell outside to let me know. This will connect you to me. I can help you get into the CLOUD №3 if necessary. There is a smart home device in the CLOUD №3 that actively records the decibel level of sounds. It does not record any audio or video data.
